who the hell am i?
In 440 B.C., the visage of a bright star lit up the sky, even during day.
Common folk rushed to see it, leaving all behind to inspect the loud, crashing noise.
The star had fallen onto the Earth.
And from the rubble, popped out a young boy.
He was the height of five apples, and weighed roughly two ingots of iron.
The townfolk raised the young boy over the years, and as he began to resemble the likes of a sickly and malnourished John Lennon, they decided he must post short-form content to Instagram.com
The problem, however, was that Instagram would not be released to the public until October of 2010.
So, in the fortified city of Ur, the residents worked tirelessly to build the platform with the sole purpose of allowing the young boy to flourish on the social media app they were creating.
That boy ended up becoming Jon D'retto. This story has nothing to do with me.
I am Brian Tafazoli.
That's my real government name. That's what I file my taxes under.
I play seven different instruments, and only one of them is guitar. That specific instrument is probably what you know me for though.
I've been teaching guitar since I was 16 years old. Was I old enough to be doing that? Probably not. Six years later, though (which would make me 22), I have made it my mission to let this be my career.
I have legitimately taught hundreds of students from the ages of 4 to 60. I have taught people across virtually all genres and skill levels, and quite a few nations too.
I love all styles of music (except AI music) and I want you to be able to create it too. My forte is in math rock, but that does not mean I can't teach just about anything else.
