Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions for the usage of Brian Tafazoli Music's goods and services are as follows:

1. All sales of digital content (i.e. tab books) are FINAL

​

2. The contents within tab books and other digital content are NOT for redistribution. Any violation of this may result in legal consequences.

​

3. Lesson students are expected to be ready at their time, and if a student does not answer a call within 10 minutes of their scheduled time, the lesson will be cancelled and the student will NOT be refunded.​

• Late students will not be given extra time and are still expected to pay the full rate.

• Repeated instances of late arrivals or no shows may result in discontinuation of lessons if a different time can not be negotiated.

4. Lessons that have already been conducted will NOT be refunded.

​

5. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson time are eligible for a 50% refund.

​

6. If I am unable to teach a lesson due to a last minute change, I will reschedule you. If that is not possible, I will refund you the full amount.

​

7. Students and patrons are expected to be respectful to the instructor. If a student is found to be harassing, discriminatory, or conducting other inappropriate behavior, the lesson will be canceled and the student will not be refunded.
